Video Culture, Inc. documents and explores the musical arts.

Video Culture, Inc. is a Maryland based nonprofit, tax-exempt arts organization whose mission is to document musical culture.

We seek to preserve music of all kinds and to foster and promote cultural awareness in the public about the art of music. To this end Video Culture, Inc. does educational workshops and a spectrum of music programming.

Our current project is a feature documentary about the life and music of the legendary guitarist, Danny Gatton entitled “The Humbler –Danny Gatton”.

The Humbler-Danny Gatton premiered at Dances with Films, with a screening at the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, CA. THE HUMBLER was an official selection at Washington DC International Film Festival, the Durango Independent Film Festival and it won awards at Documentaries Without Borders Film Festival 2024, Maryland International Film Festival 2024, Brecon Beacons Film Festival 2024 for Best Music Doc Feature, Southern Maryland Film Festival 2024 Jury Award for Best in Festival. Additionally, PBS is broadcasting an hour version of “The Humbler – Danny Gatton”. We will being hosting another World-Wide Streaming event soon.
